I took this photo of the quintessential windmill, with the thought that it would be for 'record only'. Windmills, like lighthouses, are plentiful from coast to coast. But recently, I studied this photo again. This time memories awakened from within me.....pedaling across the island; early evening sunsets that turned the sky an extraordinary shade of blue gray; a charming abode with all natural wood; a star-filled walk on the beach; and the feelings I shared with my companion during that time. Magical....truly magical.
